Outcasts Hero League is a neutral league consisting five hero bands: Outcasts, _Revolution_, Rulai_Masters, Baldies_Revenge, TempleX. Our league master is mootje, and the four submasters are Lokus[GER], RowdyRuffBoy, XxMurdockxX, Artus_RU.

Outcast members take a path different from the masses. Our members are encouraged to build their characters such that they can hold their own and excel both in pve and pvp. We stand apart the barbarism displayed by certain bloodthirsty and unruly players, but take a firm stand when the need arises.

We hope you have an enjoyable 9Dragons experience while in the league.
