If you enjoy boasting about having 5 digit hit points, this build is for you. Tankers are capable of absorbing immense amounts of damage. They are able to grind for fairly long period of time because of their consitution, but they do not deal as much damage as their less meaty counterparts. In pvp, they do not fear surprise attacks, and are able to survive for prolonged periods. Battles are won through attrition, no other role or build can afford the hit points that this build offers.
